How We Did It
So how did we source and deliver these qualified case opportunities? Simple…
Facebook Ads - it all started with a Facebook advertisement to the key demographics in the practice region. We tested hundreds of combinations of audiences, headlines, images, and videos to optimize each campaign.
Lead capture - each Facebook Ad led to a landing page where the individuals were asked to provide the background information of their case. This is where the filtering process happened.
Automated follow up - after someone successfully passed our filtering system and provided their information, we continuously followed up with each of them via text message, voicemail, email and phone calls to turn the case opportunities into appointments.
Text message and email case opportunity delivery - we delivered each case opportunity to our client via text message and email so they could follow up with each lead independently as well.
